Update 24Sep25 Gus was quick to reply to my last update, he reached out to me with in an hour of me posting that the leak remained. He seems genuine in wanting to find and fix the leak. He came out and applied more sealant himself before we had our day long rainstorm. So far no leaking. It is an on going process but it looks promising. Gus Roofing was great to work with and did an excellent job with competitive pricing and a very respectful crew. Both Gus and Aileen responded quickly and were very communicative on keeping us updated on the scheduling and what to expect and when. The crew arrived as planned and completed the job quickly. Gus roofing had the best quote compared to about four other companies and completed the job within a week from the time I told them I wanted to go with them. They also were the first available to come out and give me a quote so they are quick and fair priced. The quality of their work is also good.
