Update 24Sep25 Gus was quick to reply to my last update, he reached out to me with in an hour of me posting that the leak remained. He seems genuine in wanting to find and fix the leak. He came out and applied more sealant himself before we had our day long rainstorm. So far no leaking. It is an on going process but it looks promising. Update 13Sep25 $1,500 later and my roof still leaks The dark spot is fresh nevermind the brown stain in pic. Original: $1,500 for what should have been closer to a $500 job.
