Great Knowledge and Excellent Customer Service
Absolutely horrible experience at Gus Lock and Key. This was by far one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I was quoted $550 over the phone for a BMW key, but the moment I showed up and she saw my car, the price magically jumped to nearly $1,000. Completely dishonest and misleading. When I questioned it, the employee got extremely rude and dismissive instead of explaining anything. Called for a quote on a lost Honda key and the girl told me $150, later on she called me back saying she wasn’t going to be able to do it because she wasn’t in the area and she only had a $250 key and she ran out of the cheaper one. Then she sent a guy to do my key and I asked him what the difference was from the keys and he said that there’s only one key for that car and it cost the same, which I already knew also so I just got confirmation.
