I love their breakfast burrito... Especially as I sit here 7 and a half months pregnant ... So I went this morning to get myself and my husband one. After waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes I placed my order ... I ordered a breakfast burrito with no meat (I even specified that I wanted eggs potatoes and pico) then I ordered my husbands ... I got my order and ... Surprise instead of eggs potatoes and pico... I been going to Gus Jr on Foothill & Mango for over 21 yrs. Boy what a difference, got home my burgers were soggy because of water in the lettuce. Besides they were cold, the girls are just playing around and not attending to the customers, they're are people out there that would value a job. And owners that would value their customers.
Went through drive through. Ordered chili cheese fries a soda and asked for a side of ranch at the speaker so they could charge everything together. The soda was completely flat and the guy forgot my ranch.
Lazy cooks. Nothing but my eggs were fresh cooked. Sausage were overcooked like dried leather. Bread barely toasted and barely buttered. Food was cold which tells me everything was prepped ahead of time except the eggs.
