Gus and the crew did an outstanding job on our damaged Kia Forte. It looks brand new!! With their great communication and fast service you can’t go wrong. I would also like to point out how professional and helpful the receptionist is there. It was just an all around great experience with Gus’s Carstar. Definitely would recommend them.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I contacted these people on 11/20/25 regarding an insurance claim to get my car repaired. They proceeded to tell me that the soonest they could get me in would be 1/19/26. I then scheduled the rental and scheduled off of work. The day of 1/19/26 they send me a text AN HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT saying that they will have to reschedule me and informed me to not bring my car in to be repaired.
