Great service and finished the repairs sooner than expected. Very helpful and honest, highly recommended
Gus and the crew did an outstanding job on our damaged Kia Forte. It looks brand new!! With their great communication and fast service you can’t go wrong. I would also like to point out how professional and helpful the receptionist is there. It was just an all around great experience with Gus’s Carstar. Definitely would recommend them.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I contacted these people on 11/20/25 regarding an insurance claim to get my car repaired. They proceeded to tell me that the soonest they could get me in would be 1/19/26. I then scheduled the rental and scheduled off of work. The day of 1/19/26 they send me a text AN HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT saying that they will have to reschedule me and informed me to not bring my car in to be repaired. This is the second time I used car star for body work. They do great work. My car was delivered earlier than expected and looks like it just came from the showroom. Thank you Gus and your staff!
The best shop I have ever came across so far ! Gus and Amber are great people, they helped me with everything, starting with the rental car, scheduled the pick up and drop off also they washed and cleaned my car inside out when it was finished. I definitely recommend it! Thanks again
