I had only one appointment with GuruMD and it went well. As I went to set up a second appointment today it seems like GuruMD no longer provides medical care to individuals. I paid a good fee to be a member and only got one visit, what a shame. Because this business no longer provides patient care, I have to rate one star unfortunately.
Nicest staff, personable, and quick to respond. Dr. Osbourne is one of the nicest and easiest doctors I’ve ever talked to when it comes to medical jargon. He explains everything in the best terms and wants what’s best for his patients. I would recommend Guru MD to anyone.
A very awesome experience. Dr Osborne and the folks at GuruMD are great. I am pretty sick at the moment. These guys came to the rescue. They went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had the right medications on top of it all, very impressed. Back on my way to being well. Thanks Guru MD!
Quick and easy service. Dr. Osborne listened to me to get me back to feeling well. Highly recommend for a busy life!
Just a heads up for some of you, if you’re not sure what might be happening about GuruMD as your PCP, check your spam email as there is an email back in July (for me anyway) that Gmail mistook for spam explaining the changes. Customer service helped me get to the bottom of it. Thanks Trevor!
