I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office and the way patients are treated. We arrived just 10 minutes late to our 3:45 PM appointment due to significant traffic, only to be told we had to reschedule because the doctor had a “meeting.” This was frustrating, especially considering that at nearly every prior visit we’ve had to wait 30 minutes or more before being seen. Thank you Dr. Guru, Barb and Darcy for outstanding service over the years, since 2005 to be exact. Three bouncing, healthy, kiddos later. This office desperately needs a serious wake-up call regarding professionalism and patient respect. The front desk staff consistently behaves in a rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate manner. Whispering, laughing at patients, and making comments behind people’s backs should never happen in a medical setting — yet it is routine here. Dr.Guru has been my childs doctor for 10 years. I always get an appointment when needed. Dr. guru is knowledgeable and straightforward. I know my son is in good hands with her
My kiddos are 11 and 14 they honestly love Dr. Guru. Yes, she is straight forward but very kind, gentle, caring and knowledgeable. On two occasions this year I had to come in for a sick visit and both times they brought me in the same day. I have no complaints!
