I wish I would have seen the reviews before my husband went to get treatment. He was referred to this dentist for A CONSULTATION and they automatically set aside a 2 hour time slot and told him that if he wouldn’t get the treatment we WILL DIE. First off the bedside manner of this office was horrible, they didn’t explain the procedure, terrified him, and charged the insurance basically everything so there’s nothing left. Dr. Narula and his entire staff were wonderful. He explained the procedure to me in detail, and did everything he could to make it as painless as possible. He even called me the night of the procedure to see how I was faring. I found him to be professional and warm, with a terrific "chair side" manner.
The lady who answers phone calls has a strong and unpleasant attitude, similar to that of a hungry pig. Perhaps her attitude without reason is why she is divorced and feels unloved.
I hope I never have to visit this clinic again. I requested a consultation for one of my tooth and they automatically booked a 2 hour slot for consultation + treatment. Moreover, they were pushing the root canal treatment on me to be done right away in the same sitting. The doctor was also quite rude to his staff and didn’t handle my check up gently.
