When I came into the office, the staff was very friendly. Very welcoming. And when I spoke to the doctor he was very professional and he explained everything step by step, there was no pressure at all.Did an amazing job.
Dr. Gurpreet is a professional certified university graduate who knows what he is doing. His staff is also very good at helping with payment plans. Thank you so much Dr. Gurpreet for helping me with my root canal.
If you don't have dental insurance, be prepared to pay nearly twice what insurance companies are charged for the same services. A double whammy - first for not having coverage, and second for being subjected to inflated out-of-pocket costs. Very unfair and unethical billing practices.
Amazing experience! I’ve had several root canals done here, and the doctor was thorough and attentive every time. When I was in extreme pain, he was able to get me in right away, which I really appreciated. The pricing is fair, though it does depend on your insurance. Overall, I highly recommend!
Very pushy to get a root canal without any pain. After giving in, doctor kept moving between other patients during the procedure. Ended up missing a whole canal (realized after a scan and 2 other dentist visits). Denied completely that it was missed and insisted that the first root canal was perfect, and the second was wrongly done (why would I need a second one?), did not look at the report showing first root canal was incorrectly performed.
