Excellent Excellent experience in all aspects, the sales person was knowledgeable and helping. The finance person was transparent and honest. The information provided was very helpful and even Jim could set up my Blue Link access.

Happy Customer My sales rep was Mike Rancharan, but he is not listed on the drop box. He was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Between Mike, Adam and Paschal, we were extremely satisfied customers. We drove an hour to see this car, but it was well worth the drive!!!

Best of the Best I worked with both Christie and Mark Rancharan, Both were great to work with. Christie made the internet part easy and followed up with phone calls when needed. Mark gave me all the time I could have needed when I got there. I never felt pressured or hurried. I would deal with these folks anytime.
Outstanding! Great experience. Nick took the time to explain all the features of the car we were looking at. There were no pressure tactics. We ended up buying the car and are very pleased.

Very Good My experience at Gurnee Hyundai was wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and took care of everything. Coming here for a simple oil change is even worth it then going any where else, because of how well they take care of you and your car. My car looks wonderful and they even cleaned it after they were done with the oil change.
