I would give Gurnee Hyundai a ZERO RATING!!!! The service department is terrible. The lack of communication and customer service is atrocious! AVOID this location at all costs because in the end it will cost you damage to your vehicle and extreme amounts of frustration. The General Manager and service manager are only there to pad their pockets and take no responsibility for their employee’s actions. I took my car there as a last resort to fix an air conditioning issue. After 4 days of no communication (no returned phone... read more

BUYER BEWARE - FALSE ADVERTISING - they posted online a nice Honda Accord for $20,590. They told me the final price would be $27K. They added $4K worth of extras (lojak system, Xzilon protective paint coating and preinspection costs with minor parts replaced). With today's high gas prices, I wasted $39 in gas driving an hour and half and back to see a car that should have been posted $24.6K. Instead I drive out there and told it's much more. I did try negotiating, but they took very little off. Very frustrating to waste gas... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THEIR ACCREDITATION IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED THROUGH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Sadly, I made that mistake and feel it is my responsibility to warn others. First off, I called to verify the price minus tax, title, license and interest rate, and then they increased the cost of the vehicle by $2,500 for detailing and other services. There is a general statement in fine print that does not specify any of this meaning they can make up the number. However, it is a number that could... read more

Short version: Get the car someplace else. The low prices online do NOT include reconditioning fees ($3,000 for a used car less than a year old). You can get the same car at another dealership for the same ultimate price or less. Long version: I reached out via their website to express interest in a 2019 Mazda CX-5 and emailed back and forth with Daniel from sales support all day Monday. I live in Indiana 2.5 hours away so I asked my brother in Chicago to check it out for me before I went up myself. Daniel said that would b... read more

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! I went with my son to get a used vehicle that he wanted here. For starters, the price of a used vehicle posted online was all of the sudden $5,000 more when he talked with the "sales" rep than what was posted. They added all of their "features"...$1200 for COVID cleaning and another $350 for some type of "insurance", even though he already has insurance. We asked to have that removed because it was not needed nor wanted. Kris proceeded to say that it goes on all of his vehicles and it is a great value. It ... read more
