Worst place to take your vehicle to get serviced. The people are rude and unprofessional and care less about taking care of the customer. I would seriously advise taking it elsewhere.
The service department is excellent and very friendly. Always getting the job done.
My husband and I broke down in our Ford F350 diesel in Gallup, NM. Our cherished truck hydro locked, a major breakdown. We had the truck and trailer towed to Gurley Ford. Betty Leyba, the Assistant Service Manager, was compassionate and a pleasure to deal with. Chris, the diesel expert, was knowledgeable repairing our truck in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Gurley Ford for repairs and professionalism. A special, heartfelt, thank you to Betty.
Car number 5...last night...my father in law was in an accident with his car we got him from Gurley's on New Years Eve...now its been replaced by a Ford Focus...thanks again Gurley's for the deal and always being there when we need you...I keep saying my next vehicle is gonna be a truck but this time I will say I am looking forward to a new Focus...royal blue...reverse psychology on fate...
