Service department needs to be up to date with the system. They sent me back to say I should pay $250 for my punctured tyre and yet I was fully covered for replacement punctured tyre. I had to go back to the sales team who failed to understand why I was sent back. Very unprofessional and total disaster!!!!.
Rip off, poor customer service and they don't fix cars. They break them so you can come back to spend more money. Just paid 3100 for a transmission Wednesday and Friday my car was back. Transmission line to the radiator was broken. But they didn't do it so we have to pay another 1500 for that. Rip off. People do not buy or let them work on your car. Rip off rip off

Zac Carpenter was the salesman that helped me select the truck that was right for me. I was very pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle and the experience he provided during the purchase of my new truck. This is our second truck that we bought from Gurley Leep on Grape RD and we are extremely happy . Both the first and second time we came into this dealer ship the sales person ( Jean Green ) treated us like we were family., We also had a great experience meeting the new truck manager ( Rocky Faragoi ) and his expertise was very helpful.. i also want to thank every one for their friendship and understanding of our needs..Thank You Bruce L.
