Amazing office! Dr.Basra and Holly always communicate to make sure I am receiving the proper care and treatment with my diagnosis. No one could figure out what was wrong until I saw Dr. Basra and she figured it out. Their nurses and medical assistants are so sweet and so amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brooke the receptionist from here!! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. Beyond disappointed. My PCP referred me to this office in July. Since then, they could not find my referral and it’s been a back and forth of phone tag. Now they finally got my referral and worked diligently. I call today for an update and find out I was denied. Didn’t even know a referral could get denied. When I asked why, I was told based off your labs, everything is normal. My labs were not comprehensive for a rheumatologist. They were a jumping off point to help whoever sees me next.
