Beyond disappointed. My PCP referred me to this office in July. Since then, they could not find my referral and it’s been a back and forth of phone tag. Now they finally got my referral and worked diligently. I call today for an update and find out I was denied. Didn’t even know a referral could get denied. She’s very smart and informative.
Waited nearly 3 hrs before being seen. My appointment was at 11:30 a.m. Was there 15 minutes ahead of time. There were 4 patients that came in after me that were seen before me. After waiting for 2 hrs and 47 minutes; I was the only person left waiting in the front. I went up to the front counter to reschedule. I stood there for Ten minutes and was ignored.
