The office staff and atmosphere are calm, orderly, and proficient. Dr. B. always puts me at ease and I have no question that he is up to date on the best practices available in Ophthalmology .
Given that I had a minor emergency situation and it was my first time visiting this practice, Dr. Bronner did a great job of putting me at ease, diagnosing my problem, and then treating me right away. In fact, everyone at Levin Luminais Chronister Eye Associates & Eye Doctors of Chester County was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this team.
Dr Bronner always exhibits professional and pleasant demeanor. His familiarity with my eye problems is appreciated.
Dr. Bronner gave me a thorough exam & informed me I would need surgery to repair the tear in my retina. I was pleased with his demeanor & feel he’s very confident I’ll have a good outcome. He used a model of the eye to explain how he’ll perform the surgery & the aftercare expectations. I’m looking forward to normal vision again.
My appointment was overdue although I'm not having any issues. There was an established protocol for patient and staff safety.
As an emergency patient three years ago I was fortunate to have Dr Bronner diagnose and treat me for a serious issue. He put me at ease and continues to treat me 5 times a year. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is a terrific doctor!
