Service department performance is very poor. Brought a Cherokee for 4WD service because it failed at 50,000 miles. After $4,000 rear diff replacement, 4WD failed on the way back home. Went back and had a wheel sensor replacement. 4WD failed 2 months later. The service team at best is shooting in the dark, at worst is ripping off a widow for profit. I reccommended anywhere but this place.
Always top notch service and customer care. Friendly service, quick and efficient.
