Bought my first Ram 2500 6.7 from Mason after 34 years with Ford. Easy to deal with. Had a few download issues that caused concern, but… since the downloads, my Ram purrs like a kitten, very powerful! Best ride I’ve ever had with this size truck, best driving of all the trucks I’ve owned! Parker Gupton went out of his way to carry me where I needed while my truck was in service. Bo, Ronnie, Mason& Jason really took care of me! I didn’t know this service still existed!! Great job!

Though I did not buy a car from this establishment, I did bring my van to get some work done. The service department did not impress me! Initially, I called to set up an appt and I was texted the morning of my appt asking if I was still coming. I set it up for the afternoon and the tech “just forgot to write it down.” Then, we asked several times if a certain service could be completed and we told by a couple of people that there weren’t any issues and it would be done.
