This level of care is absolutely disgusting and UPMC should be ashamed!
Has no regard for his patients. Will not keep you in the loop. See's you as a dollar sign not a person. Find someone else if u value your health
Almost never sees the patient himself, office is always confused and makes mistakes. If you call with a concern first thing in AM your lucky if any one calls you by the end of the day
Terrible
Difficult staff, difficult doctor. Inconsiderate of my time and not approachable in attitude. This was not a one time experience as it happened each time I was there. I will not be returning, however.
Poor Experience in every way from patient care to scheduling. We are having are records transferred to a competent provider.
