I love coming here to Gunther's I love the friendly service the atmosphere and of course my favorite ice creams and I have more than just one banana splits are my favorite here.
We arrived at the shop at 9:31 tonight and were denied service. We looked up the store hours on Google, but they weren't up to date and the shop had changed from 10pm to 9:30pm close for winter. Extremely disappointed to have made a trip here on our anniversary and to be denied service only 1 minute past close even when we showed the Google search that revealed the information.
Since I was a little boy, Gunther's has been the very best Family Dessert establishment in Sacramento or any other place on Earth. I have the fondest memories of the seemingly unending milkshakes.
