We love having them take care of our heating and cooling needs at our office. They are always timely and professional.
Plumber came for an hour and did minimal work. Charged me double what he should have for parts. Also charged me for the $99 initial consult fee which I was told they wouldn’t if work was done. AND charged me $250 for his service fee. Average for Utah is $80-200/hr. When I called and asked for an itemised statement the receptionist was snarky and… the repairman tried to lie about the work he did. The work was not done well. Be very careful with this company!
