Great customer service and their price was substantially better than the other bids I received. Installation crew did a great job protecting my property during the install and cleaned up well after.
No company or product is perfect. What makes great companies stand out from the rest is how they try to make things right. I would recommend Gunthers to friends and family alike. I had Gunthers install my Carrier furnace back in 2010. This was a top-of-the-line furnace that I expected it to last a long time. I had an issue that was a known problem for which Carrier had issued a Service Bulletin and a recall under Warranty. Honesty is rare in a business like this, especially nowadays, so Gunther's is a breath of fresh air, literally!!! They may be a little more expensive for the initial visit, but they're honest and won't try to sell you anything you don't need, plus most of their techs have years of experience, which helps when you want to keep what you have, working!!! Seriously great company!!!
