Very polite and professional, caring and attentive as well as respectful and caring
They were very quick and thorough. I will have to wait for my glasses to come in then may give 5 stars but so far pretty happy.
The staff is very nice but their time management could use a little work. I had the first appointment of the morning at 9 and it was 9:40 before I ever saw the doctor. Same thing with my husband. Eye exams don't take that long so why are we waiting 30 to 40 minutes after appointment times?? Also was alot of gossiping at front desk between doctor and staff when they could have been taking care of patients.
