My children have been going to Dr. Gunter for the last 11 years. We love her! She has always been wise, friendly and engaging. We have never felt rushed or dismissed in any way. I have always felt so blessed to have found her and look forward to my kids' well-child visits every year!
The wait to be taken back to the exam room is always pleasantly brief, and Dr Gunter is friendly enough. Most of the desk staff don't seem very friendly. My biggest complaint is that closing times change daily. If I'm adjusting my work schedule around POSTED office hours to pick up a script, bluecard, etc, it's unacceptable, to me, for there to not be someone there during those hours. The services offered are good, but the lack of consideration for customers' time is extremely disappointing.
