These guys are the biggest @!!holes ever!!! I have never met a whole store, and I mean from first floor to second, where everybody I encountered is a extremely rude jerk! I've sworn off this store for a couple of reasons; for starters their gun prices are at least a hundred dollars above msrp!!!! Rude telephone service I live in sonama county and all I wanted was to get a price on reloading bullets (8mm). The indevidual on the phone told me I have to drive to their shop and find out the anser. he also told me they never give prices over the phone. I told him I live far away (80 miles or so) and it maybe a waste of my time and gas. Since they refused to give me any pricing, I guess placing a mail-order with these jerks would be out of the question. rude people cant believe the people that work there. if you need help or have a question forget it, you are treated like a piece of trash.just was shocked by how rude the employees are and the things they say to customers.. the girl that works there was so lazy she told a very old man that they dont give hunting licenses there i dropped my item and left
Satisfactory selection, below par service, great shooting range The retail store has a decent selection of hunting/camping gear (more hunting and fishing than camping). They carry a decent variety of guns, but their pricing isn't what I would call 'great'. Their service upstairs (where the firearms are kept) has been horrible every time I have been there.
