Satisfactory selection, below par service, great shooting range The retail store has a decent selection of hunting/camping gear (more hunting and fishing than camping). They carry a decent variety of guns, but their pricing isn't what I would call 'great'. Their service upstairs (where the firearms are kept) has been horrible every time I have been there. These guys are the biggest @!!holes ever!!! I have never met a whole store, and I mean from first floor to second, where everybody I encountered is a extremely rude jerk! I've sworn off this store for a couple of reasons; for starters their gun prices are at least a hundred dollars above msrp!!!! good service I received great service. I have been a customer for over a year now and every time I shop there they behave with great character and always show patience. My questions are always answered and my wife is always treated with respect. We have even made friends with the staff. For first timers this is a one stop shop you can do it all.
rude people cant believe the people that work there. if you need help or have a question forget it, you are treated like a piece of trash.just was shocked by how rude the employees are and the things they say to customers.. the girl that works there was so lazy she told a very old man that they dont give hunting licenses there i dropped my item and left

Rude telephone service I live in sonama county and all I wanted was to get a price on reloading bullets (8mm). The indevidual on the phone told me I have to drive to their shop and find out the anser. he also told me they never give prices over the phone. I told him I live far away (80 miles or so) and it maybe a waste of my time and gas. Since they refused to give me any pricing, I guess placing a mail-order with these jerks would be out of the question.
