5* Gunn fitness trainers are always encouraging and patient , don't get me wrong I leave the workouts drenched in sweat and having thoughts of not moving any muscles but in a good way ! They let you go at your pace yet push you to do your best ! I am 55 and have always struggled with weight , but never lazy . The people that come to class are awesome and friendly . I have a great time and never regret going so Thank you Gunn fitness Family ❤️!

Love Gunn's FItness. It has transformed my fitness level. I'll be honest. I love food and really don't want to give up the things I love. Boot Camp allows me to do that.The workouts are challeging. The work outs provide positive stress and definitely help me to better manage stressful situations that I face each day. I sleep better at night and wake up more alert.
