I have received multiple bills online and in the mail for a bill that I have already paid. Calling, emailing, and sending letters has not worked to stop them from sending me multiple bills.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR MICHEAL W. (THE OFFICE MANAGER)! This office DOES NOT take mental health issues seriously! They cancelled my appointment because I was 10 mins late stuck in traffic, and when I had a panic attack and started to hurt myself in their office in panic, they told me to “do what I need to do, but do it outside of their business” They encouraged my self-harming panic and if i hadn’t been stronger emotionally, Micheal’s response to a situation could have caused a suicide. Referred here by Kaiser. Very poor customer service. I thought I'd found a therapist in their group that I liked but she was unable to service me due to personal health issues. Understandable. The scheduler claimed he was going to find me another provider but that never happened. I called multiple times and left messages, and still have yet to hear back. The receptionists that do end up answering the phone lack customer service skills.
Dr. Winnie is the best. She is the first Dr. To really hear me and see my son and where he is struggling. Kaiser is terrible. I love this outsourced avenue way better.
