Referred here by Kaiser. Very poor customer service. I thought I'd found a therapist in their group that I liked but she was unable to service me due to personal health issues. Understandable. The scheduler claimed he was going to find me another provider but that never happened. I called multiple times and left messages, and still have yet to hear back. The receptionists that do end up answering the phone lack customer service skills.
Dr. Winnie is the best. She is the first Dr. To really hear me and see my son and where he is struggling. Kaiser is terrible. I love this outsourced avenue way better.
HORRIBLE! I have left SEVERAL messages for an IEE assessment for my son and not once did they get back to me. Not professional one bit. I hope they go out of business
This place has some serious issues with scheduling and attendance. They give you an appointment at a certain time and the psych calls 2-3 hrs later when I'm at work. This is an occurring theme and the website athena is down most of the time so I cannot even access my information nor manage my appts. The customer service is normally rude and unhelpful. They really need to get their stuff together since a lot of clients rely on their medications. I will no longer be working with them and finding another provider for my needs. ... read more
