We’ve got a HUGE PROBLEM with the Commercial Fleet department here at Randy Marion. Our 26ft box truck was towed to their repair shop weeks ago. The truck lost power and would not start, so I suspected it was the alternator, which I specifically told Paul the service consultant. The suspected alternator issue was documented on the invoice as well, which I’ve attached pictures of. Today 7/11/23 we were told the truck was ready and we could come pick it up. I purchased my 2020 buick in December of 2020. Not happy with how no one in management there would talk to me about the nitrogen, or lack of it in the tires. Even though there were green caps on the tires that the dealership put on them. I'll come back for warranty work or oil changes. But never purchase a vehicle or recommend randy marion dealers to friends or relatives.
The Dealer had a great Teams of people and they are Awesome and professional of Teams works
I got my truck fixed and picked it up on a Friday. I noticed items were missing from my console so after asking the person in the shop about it I was contacted by Jackie who passed me onto management. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything from management about my missing items. They apparently vanished into thin air. Left a message on the managers phone and still waiting for a response.

Buying my new Silverado was a very positive experience. Bryson and Cody were very knowledgeable about the vehicles features and great to work with. I greatly appreciated the no pressure sale approach. Bryson took the time to ask the right questions and found additional savings I qualified for. Cody was a big help with understanding and setting up all the trucks features. It was well worth the drive to do business with Randy Marion Chevrolet.
