The New Car Hassle at the G.A.G.'s Nissan subsidiary made me go elsewhere. One Price -- Overpriced! Besides the Sticker Shock and the annoying up selling, there's still the sales pressure and telephone harassment. No respect for Permanently Disabled Veterans. There are plenty of other Nissan dealers in town. Maybe the other G.A.G. dealerships aren't as bad . . . but based upon my horrible treatment at the Gunn-owner dealership . . . I'll be going elsewhere to buy a car.
RecommendedHigh quality experience from beginning to end. I saw a car that wasn’t listed yet and called because it met what I was looking for in my dream car. I wanted to walk out with the car that day. Gunn Acura made that happen for me. They cleaned, prepped and inspected the Jeep so I could drive away with my dream car. I am beyond frustrated dealing with this business. We purchased two vehicles from this Infiniti of San Antonio which was later purchased by this business. After unpleasant dealings with the service department we decided to cancel the additional service policy we had purchased. We were told to wait 4-6 weeks to receive the refund. We are roughly 3 months into the waiting stage with nothing but excuses coming our way.
Just bought an Equinox from Gunn Chevrolet. The salesman, Ryan Doughty was informative, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a good experience.
