Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Derrick gave me the 411 on a Specialized Hardrock for my son's 11th birthday and then applied a tune-up to my aging Giant XTC so I can keep up with the little guy. If you want real answers from a real bike shop in York, look no further.
Good shop have answers to your questions. Have been in sometimes and had a rude exp. But for most part its a good shop and I'll go back
We LOVE Gung Ho. Fabulous customer service and quick turn around on our tune-ups. Also truly love the spin classes. Staff is beyond outstanding. We're so lucky to have such a great shop in our area!
