I've been a gung ho customer for many years now so it was no surprise that my latest experience was a great one. Derrick and Collin were extremely helpful. Answering all my questions and encouraging me to test ride everything as much as I wanted until I found exactly what I wanted. It was clear they were more concerned with my needs than just making a sale. This is an awesome shop for all your cycling needs!
Had a fantastic shopping experience this afternoon. I'm just a casual, flat trail rider and went in with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Collin showed me the two best types and gave my husband and I plenty of time to browse on our own. When we narrowed it down to two he explained the benefits of each, made adjustments to suit me, and let me ride each of them to compare. Thanks to everyone at Gung ho bikes. Just did my first triathlon and finished strong with the help of my perfectly tuned bike. Derek was mainly the man who helped and he's always on him game when it comes to knowing what I need!
As a single Mother, I dropped off my sons bike that his Uncle bought for him. I took it to this establishment to have serviced . it was $75 which I did not hv the money at the time. He was with his Father & I thought he was going to pick up. No such luck .It was forgotten. When I called they say they donated to a charity...Um ??? I do not have money to buy him a bike that is why he got a used Schwinn in the first place.
