These guys are great! I went in there knowing less than nothing, and just said I was interested in getting a gun but never had one before. The owner got me a bottle of water to drink while Dave behind the counter took me through the whole process of how to buy a gun in California, how to store and transport it, where I can get shooting lessons, and took the time to go through like 10 different guns with me that he recommended for first time gun owners. So I have to say the salesman are great. They know their weapons. However the gunsmith took my ar10 and decided to cut the buffer in half without asking my permission. Now the issue I have with this is the bolt wouldn't lock back so they had me order a 308 carbine buffer that is about half the length of the standard buffer which I did and that is the one that he cut. And still the problem isn't fixed so he cut the spring and still no joy. Don't let them touch your weapons.

Hey Jacob, I am sorry that you are not happy with the work that we performed on your rifle. The original reason you brought the rifle into the shop is that the bolt could not be racked back far enough to engage the bolt catch. Sometimes 80% lowers are not made to spec, which did force us to shave the plastic off of the end of your buffer. Shaving the buffer should have fixed that problem. The buffer is not the reason the bolt isn't locking back now. The lower is not made to spec and the bolt catch does not actuate high enoug... read more
GFT was just awesome. Shipped an AK pistol there for SSE. Always had quick response time from Lee with emails even before I stepped foot in the storefront. When I finally stopped by, I was greeted by Ryan and was offered water while I waited. Excellent customer service, great guys, flawless SSE process. Thank you guys, I will be back for another SSE soon.
Best shop in Southern California! These guys love to shoot, love to build guns and love to give great deals on guns and gear... you know why?
