Unfortunately, my AC took a dump two days ago, I have no AC and I’m afraid it’s gonna take a while to get a new AC. Nobody has called me about anything. my house is very hot here in Bakersfield of course. Yes I need help! Thank you for asking.
We are very happy with the service we received today, the tech, Adrian, went out of his way to make sure he understood the problem and got to the bottom of it. He was extremely helpful in setting up our thermostat, also. We would recommend Gundlach's to our friends and family.
Joshua L came out today to service and inspect my elderly mother’s a/c unit. Because he had recommendations to make, he asked her if she would like him to call me to discuss his findings. I met Joshua and Steven at her house and they very thoroughly walked me through their suggestions. The level of respect that they showed to both of us was appreciated. Their customer service was excellent and honestly, second to none. I sincerely recommend Gundlach’s for any HVAC needs.
Alex was our HVAC pro and was great. Called at 5:00pm last night and he was here by 7:00pm to quickly diagnose the issue. Kept us informed of the status. Called around this morning and found the part our HVAC needed and replaced it. Monitored to ensure no issues before leaving. Would definitely recommend him!
