My spouse, Marjorie, had a knee injury. Sine I had visited Optum before, I phoned up in advance on 10 September 2025 stating that we would not drive up to Everett from Seattle unless this facility had all the latest imaging tools for complete diagnosis. I've not ever had bad service before. This time it has been a headache to deal with. I've been coming to Optum since it was The Everett clinic in the 90s. Service is getting caught up with red tape or a lack of customer service between their own locations and staff, departments. I contacted the Dermatologist office via mychart for help with an skin issue on Monday morning. A reply was sent later in the evening. Great care at their walk in clinic. I've seen quickly and the providers have been kind and caring. My only complaint is that they don't take veterans community care.
Terrible service! Expect to be on hold for 18-40 minutes every time you call for anything. The doctors don’t respond in a timely manner on mychart. This is a prime example of the poor healthcare Americans have come to expect.
Great walk in clinic. Wonderful support from all nurses and doctors. Wait time is not too long as well.
