Great walk in clinic. Wonderful support from all nurses and doctors. Wait time is not too long as well.
I've been a patient of Optum for years now and have some complex chronic conditions that are incredibly expensive and challenging to manage. When I first started this journey I was really impressed with Optum's (then the Everett Clinic) support, admin, and care teams. Over the last two years (primarily since being acquired) I have seen a massive dropoff in quality surrounding everything but the care I receive from my doctors and the nurses there. Incorrectly billed me an L and I claim that I filed. I now owe collection money for a workplace related injury to collections.
Dr. Tunson is amazing! Down to earth and super easy to talk to, feels like she cares about your health and opinions instead of rushing to the next patient. Extremely refreshing experience. Front desk staff are also very nice and i waited less time than I was told the wait may be.
