Never coming back to this awful place. Dr. Steven Cohen was the worst doctor I have ever seen. Avoid this person at all cost. This guy should have his license revoked. He does not care about kids. My daughter was bleeding, and all he did was complain about how it was too difficult to help her stop bleeding. He was rough with her, which made her scared. At a minimum, he needed to stop the bleeding before giving up and referring us to Seattle Children's, which is way too far away. You do not send a child who is bleeding near h... read more
Doctors seem fine. Nurses can less fine. This place is definitely not convenient. Not everything is even local. Very mid, at best.
Positive experience. Not just with me, even with I had to take the kiddos. Admitting team is receptive, nurses and doctor were all kind and friendly. Waiting room is clean. The team was efficient. Great job 🤙
Came in for large number of injuries, busted up ankle, leg and wrist, all complicated. On my initial visit at the walk-in I was referred to their other branch for imaging. I sat for maybe 40 minutes on Thanksgiving (which was appropriate considering the number of people in the waiting room) and despite having all the required imaging to get a full diagnosis, we only did x-rays (because scheduling for MRI's is generally required if not an emergency).
