I went to the walk in December of 2025. New patient. I gave them my insurance information and the card. Well, I have received several bills for $600+ when I literally have insurance. I have even sent a message on April 2nd regarding my issue. It says 1-3 business days. Well I didn’t know it took almost a month+ to even contact a patient back. Nursing staff and the attending doctor was excellent, accommodating and professional.
I came at 2pm on a Thursday and a really great experience at urgent care. Everyone was super nice, from the folks checking me in, to the doctor Amy Kim, and the technicians. Highly recommend!
Updating my 1st review of Optum. 12/14/25. (I'm having another chronic issue, and most likely I should have been referred to another provider in the summer. However, now I'm left hanging in a lurch. I'm in a transition period from one provider (Optum) to another medical provider nearby. Unfortunately, the earliest the other provider would see me is next year.
