Things are going downhill so much since becoming "Optum." They sent a tiny bill to collections (less than $40) without notifying me. I had recently paid another bill, which I thought was everything I owed (from quite awhile ago because they tale FOREVER to properly bill inusrance and get back to you with your balance). I’m really not happy about how the allergy floor treated my son. The nurse was so rude and didn’t explain how the test worked at all, so when the control area turned into a welt I freaked out and went looking for them. They just administered the test and left the room. She didn’t talk to us at all and was very unfriendly. The doctor only elected to do one allergy test and stated “I’m not going to do a bunch of tests on him because it’s pointless” and now we still don’t know what he’s allergic to and his entire body is covere... read more
