Worst experience ever! The billing department sent my bill to collection agency while I was making monthly payments of $100 because I didn’t set up a automatic withdrawal! They got $50,000 out of my insurance company and I wasn’t paying them off fast enough! I won’t be be going back for healthcare, Mayo can have my business.
I’m tired of doctors who think they know everything and don’t respect anyone elsewhere time.
We had good luck with surgeries, but dealing with the billing department and waiting for hours for appointments, and even had someone turn out the lights only to notice me at the last second the person recognized that I was in there after waiting for over five hours in the exam room was troublesome to say the least.
