I have been on the wait list for behavioral health for almost 2 years, and have to wait an "indefinite amount of time" to see a psychiatrist to switch medications. My parents will be paying extra to switch insurance back to Mayo because they actually care about patients mental health. Unacceptable.

Gundersen employs a social worker named Katie Donohue, along with Amanda Allen, who is covering up insurance fraud, abuse, and neglect at a group home called Independent Living Choices. Tim Farmer is the direct care worker who committed abuse of a non ambulatory patient whom Katie is helping get out of trouble. They are also helping their friend Katie Palm get away with insurance fraud. Stay away from this shitty hospital.
