My mother lived in this complex. Frequent on-site manager changes. The majority of them were responsive. My mother left and it took 3 months to get her deposit. She deposited the check and it was returned for NSF. We have been unable to reach anyone to get answers.
Great place to live
Me and my mom came from Arizona and went there with our service dogs who were on duty to visit my grandmother and the manager whose name is Colleen rudely told us that we were not allowed to have our service dogs with us and said that my grandmother would have to pay a monthly fee (which is illegal with service dogs) for a pet (not a pet but a service dog, not to mention we were only staying for one day) and then we kept going out to let the dogs go to the bathroom and the final time we came back she started yelling again an... read more
