Full service wash. While wiping down interior they broke my ac louver on the passenger side. They completely denied it and said I must have done it. Brand new mustang, not even 6 months old. The plastic on the dash is broke off, so there's no longer anything to pop the louver back into place. The repair requires removing the dash and display screen. WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER! I honestly cannot believe how disappointing this experience was. I brought my car in expecting a thorough clean, but it somehow came out looking worse than when I arrived. The interior was not cleaned at all. In fact, it was dirtier, covered in smudges and handprints left behind by the staff. What they claim to be a “full service” wash is a complete joke. No line on a Sunday and a great interior and exterior wash for $30. I’ll be back!
This was renamed as Stone Ridge Car Wash. I just had The Works car wash and it’s just as good as the wash you would get at a popular chain wash.
Exceptional service, knowledgeable and honest mechanics! We have been using them for years and will continue to use them for years to come. Mike at the front desk is excellent in communications and managing expectations. We have never had to bring our vehicle back more than once. Prices are reasonable!
