Absolutely filthy. Surprised they didn't damage my car. Trash piled up against the walls going in. Filty dirty brushes that don't look like they've been changed in years. Pre soap nozzles before brushes didn't work. Walls covered in green mold. Drying area again filty with dirt splattered on the wall and dryers covered in years of dirt. Ì should have backed out....
Full service wash. While wiping down interior they broke my ac louver on the passenger side. They completely denied it and said I must have done it. Brand new mustang, not even 6 months old. The plastic on the dash is broke off, so there's no longer anything to pop the louver back into place. The repair requires removing the dash and display screen. Im looking at several hundred, if not a thousand dollars to repair. If they would have just been honest and left the plastic piece that broke off, i could have at least tried to ... read more
WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER! I honestly cannot believe how disappointing this experience was. I brought my car in expecting a thorough clean, but it somehow came out looking worse than when I arrived. The interior was not cleaned at all. In fact, it was dirtier, covered in smudges and handprints left behind by the staff. What they claim to be a “full service” wash is a complete joke. No line on a Sunday and a great interior and exterior wash for $30. I’ll be back!
This was renamed as Stone Ridge Car Wash. I just had The Works car wash and it’s just as good as the wash you would get at a popular chain wash.
