I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived before 4 PM with a flat tire, expecting basic assistance, but the cashier was extremely rude. He told me there was no one available and suggested I leave my car overnight, even though I could clearly see workers inside. When I pointed this out, he then said they could do it, and it costs $40 just to swap in the spare tire, which felt unreasonable. This shop was referred to me by a friend. Mike was exceptionally helpful in diagnosing and recommending repairs. His estimate was reasonable and the work was done within a day. Repairs were done properly. Mike showed me the defect parts and explained the issue, a service most repair shops no longer do. Glad I was able to find this shop, a bit hidden from the main thoroughfare, but worth taking advantage of your GPS. Gary
