I moved into this bldg in June of 2024 and was met with a breakdown in the water towers that supply the water to our cooling units. It was an uncomfortable and unbearable living situation. A bandaid fix was placed on the towers and today I am sitting in an 88 degree bedroom with the living room at 85. The HVAC has been running for almost three hours with no respite. Do not rent or buy in phase one! You will suffer during hot summers.
