Horrible… rented a condo unit # 114 at Polynesian village in Panama City beach Florida. The room was dated and disgustingly dirty plus never received our 250.00 sec deposit refund. Spoke with a moron named Clive at gulfview properties who’s absolutely useless. Kind of strange his email address is the same as the owner of the condo we rented out. Stay away from gulfview properties and do not, I repeat do not rent out unit 114 at Polynesian village in Panama City Beach Florida. 🤮
