They were horrible it took them 2 hours to show up when my husband passed away and the nurse dressed him and waited in her car until the funeral home showed up didn't even try to talk to us I would never ever use them again
Read my other reviews. This organization has set anew low record. It appears even the Board doesn't care about the ineptness of employees. Just bill the insurance for whatever they will pay. Typical of Healthcare really but you would think a Hospice organization would be different.
Wow what an amazing group of caregivers. Julie, RN, Marybeth CNA, Michele, hospital rep the admission nurse, Kathleen , the after hours nurses could not have made this time any better. They were there no matter how big or little the issue was or time of day I called them . Professional and personal they were there. Thank you Gulfside. Hospice.
My mom spent her final few days at the NPR location. She ended up having her gold ring stolen from her. I suspect staff. I couldn't be with her 24/7. Choose another location or die at home. IF you have to have family here make sure you have shifts of trusted family and friends being with the person you love and care for. You will get better care. It's really sad I had to report this on here. Management needs to take action. Something like this ruins organizations.
