They shut down half their palliative care in September. Then dumped the other half of the remaining patients as of January 1st. There wasn't any notice given to the patients. I was sent a letter on December 27th that as of January 1st they were closing the outpatient program! This left very ill patients without any pain relief or other services they provided. Can't even get access to personal medical records.
Kim was awesome and seemed like she cared. But they closed there palliative care out of no where and kicked me to the curb and left me withdrawaling off of pain medication with no help. T5 paraplegic
I’ve required home healthcare off and on since 2023. During that time I’ve had several different agencies come to my home. They saw me for intake and was told that they could offer me one day a week to check my vital sign’s. I do that on my own. Yesterday they sent a nurse to check me for another issue. He told me that I didn’t have that issue. Today they called and discharged me.

We were happy initially with hospice at home. However our nurse went on vacation and a part time nurse Vicki stepped in. She insisted on putting my mom in the Rucki facility. Prior to this my mom was standing with aid of walker, sharp in the mind and happy at home. The first night mom was there I received a call that she fell backwards and hit back of her head which resulted in a lump. She is speaking jibberish and unable to stand.
