From the day of the consultation the staff and doctors were very informative. Answered all my questions. Even when I got my braces off!😁

This place is a scam. I went there about 9 weeks ago for a crown. They gave me a temporary crown and told me the real one would be there in 4-6 weeks. Now, over 2 months later, they have no idea when it will be there.
As a 67 YO health care provider my self, I say that Gulf Side Dental on Dowlen is one of the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter...
Great place l love the staff and the orthodontist. Everyone was great, family-like atmosphere.
I had my crown done 2years ago then had to have a root canal which they drilled through my new crown 5 months later the crown shattered so had to get a new one fast forward it came out while flossing I made another appointment to get it re cemented twice get here and they have the nerve to tell me it's a 85.00 dollar charge for the poor work I received won't be back
Excellent service. The staff were amazing and made my visit comfortable as this was my first time getting braces. Ms. Elizabeth was wonderful and did a wonderful job.
I love my new found home with MRs.Traci and Dr. Ticas, they are truly amazing and does excellent work and I can’t wait to see my new look.
Poor customer service skills, whoever you talk to in the billing dept gives you a different story or does not know how to answer your question ....did not get teeth whitening as stated with ortho package and retainer broke a few weeks after leaving the office and they want me to pay for it despite my dental insurance stating they need to submit a claim for ...when called the office to inform them of this and that I did not pay the first time for the retainer was informed that don’t do those type of claims ...very unorganized... read more
