I have been a patient of Dr. RIVERA’S for years. About a month ago I called to make an appointment, but got voice mail. I left a message saying I was in pain and just had a CAT scan and that my pain management physician suggested that I see my urologist to make sure my pain wasn’t coming from an issue with a urological problem. NOTHING-no return of my phone message. For the next 9 business days I called and always got voicemail. My business has the opportunity to see Dr Wilkinson’s patients after surgery and they all say what an amazing and talented physician he is along with our nurses who care for his patients post op. Wonderful staff plus great caring doctors
I have been a patient of Dr Jonathan Jay’s since I moved here in late 2014. I have had chronic kidney stones since my late 30’s, I had a break from having any for around 6 years, now in my late 40’s they are back, and I have never experienced such excellent care from Dr. Jay, Donna his ARNP, and Amanda his RN. The entire staff at Gulfshore Urology is top notch. I would recommend this group, they all get it right. I am so thankful for ALL of them from the front staff to the entire office!
The nurses and all the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease from the time I got there until I was discharged. Dr. Wilkinson also was very thoughtful of my comfort and stress level, and he explained what was going on throughout the procedure. I was secure in the knowledge that I was being looked after by talented and caring professionals.
After being told I had a 1.2cm kidney stone in the ER at 2am Tuesday morning, I was sent home. Went to sleep for a couple hours with the help of pain pill. Went to Gulfshore Urology at 10am and with no appointment after explaining my issue, and then seeing Nicole Reynolds, PA and David Wilkinson, Dr, who reviewed the information from ER. I was scheduled for the lithotripsy procedure at 8:30 Wednesday morning and today Thursday I’m feeling like a new man.
