This company has been holding on to my extended warranty cancellation paperwork since October. Im very disappointed and frustrated with this dealership. I once was a fan...but no longer.
These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and sincere when servicing both my vehicles. I brought my antique '98 Honda Civic in for various issues needing attention on one occasion. Then, my '07 Toyota Camry Hybrid for a few fixes on another occasion. In both instances all went above and beyond to accommodate my vehicle problems and concerns. My vehicles are not Nissans! And there's a shortage of shops capable of working on Hybrids in the Gulf Coast area! My issues were solved which was a huge weight lifted. The cost was m... read more

I purchased a vehicle from Gulfport Nissan on 12/31/23 and two months later on 2/24/23 I received a thank you card in the mail that offended me. I called the dealership to inquire, but they were already closed for the day and left a message. I sent a text to my salesman who text me back and said sorry for the cheese play on words and that he had not seen one of these, meaning the thank you card. I texted back and stated that I did not find it funny and he said he thinks I misunderstood it and sorry if it offended me and woul... read more
Business response:
Hello, Mrs. ******, This is *** at Gulfport Nissan, I spoke with you concerning this issue. Again, I apologize you were offended by a what was meant as a pun. The card says "We think you're WHEELY great!" with (sorry!) underneath "wheely". It is not meant to replace any word, it is not calling anyone sorry, it is apologizing for the pun which is a popular thing to do in today's pop culture. In the two years we have been sending these cards, we have only ever received good feedback from our guests. I would like to hear how yo... read more
Pat Peck Nissan does not negotiate Pat Peck Nissan is one of those dealerships that expects you to pay sticker price on their vehicles and they will barely negotiate with you. Two years ago I was in the market for a midsize truck and was torn between a Toyota Tacoma and a Nissan Frontier. The Frontiers I drove were all demo vehicles with over 2,000 miles on them, yet the dealership would not come off the price at all. They also wanted to give me bottom dollar on my trade-in. I left their in disgust and went right over to All... read more
Pat Peck Nissan WHen shopping for a car, the salesman took his time in explaining different options, (such as leasing versus buying). However, when viewing the cars on the lot - it didn't appear that a good 'deal' could be made. We did not purchase a car from them.
I brought my car inn for oil and filter service, left with the cover to tire guard missing, went back to dealership to have them fixed it, they said it was already missing when brought in. They took no accountability.
Business response:
I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service you received while in our service department. When you were here for your oil change, we had to remove the underlining of your car. We found that the underlining had been zip tied in place. We removed the zip ties and immediately took a picture of your oil pan as is standard for us. You should have received a copy of this picture in the MPI that was text to you. In the picture of the oil pan, you can see that the wheel liner was already missing. This is not an area we... read more
I recently visited Gulfport Nissan to have the tires of my 2014 Nissan Frontier topped off with nitrogen. The tires were just low enough to cause the low pressure tire sensor to come on. I purchased the vehicle new from this location in 2014 when it was owned by Pat Peck Nissan. Over the years, Pat Peck has topped my tires with nitrogen at no charge. Unfortunately today, I did not inquire ahead of time of what the charges would be and was shocked to find out it was more than $25.00. And this was the price after the discount.... read more

Responded privately to customer. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve the matter.
If I could give this Dealership a negative 5 star rating I definitely would. This is an untrustworthy dealership with people who tell half truths.I called on Wednesday 8/16/2017 (12:26pm) to ask if they had a Mazda Miata PRHT that was shown on their website as IN STOCK (Stock number B0218987)!! This is important. The reason I called, because I was driving 5.5 hours one way to look at this car.The internet sales associate wanted to make sure they had the car, so she verified my number, and called me back (12:35pm). Everything... read more
