RecommendedI had another plumbing company clean the sewer pipes and was totally ripped off. After they clogged again, wimpy’s came in and showed me what the other company had not done. They walked me through every step and took upmost care in cleaning the pipes without damaging them. Very professional, don’t get ripped off like me and call wimpy’s first.
I called this AM about clogged sink. Plumber emailed and called prior to arrival. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. Excellent customer service will definitely yse again highly recommend Wimpys.
The customer service was awesome all around...from my phone call and then Louis the plumber was at my place quickly and was friendly and showed me exactly what the issues were. I’m so glad to be able to use our bathrooms and showers again. ♥️
On time, job done as promised
I was having trouble getting service from another plumber. I called Wimpy’s on a Thursday morning, they were out within a few hours to assess our needs and give a quote, and the next morning they did the half-day job. The entire team was very professional and the job got done quickly so we could move on with the rest of our renovation. I’ll be calling Wimpy’s again when we move on to renovate our next bathroom. Thank you for great service!

From the first person I spoke to and everyone that came to my home, the level of of professionalism and knowledge was unparalleled. The job was completed as scheduled and everything was put back together as they were never here. The plumbers were great throughout everything, the "concrete guy" is an artist and also very professional. Thanks for a very painful job, completed beyond my expectations!
