Dr.foutian is a very caring and wonderful vet. Has been seeing my shipoo for 10 years and seen my husband chow for 18 . But when my dog had very bad ear infection unable to come in for 3 days not even emergency. Never had that experience before always have took him in. Know that I ended up taking him somewhere else he is inactive patient. I find that very sad that happen but couldn't let it keep goin with his ears.
