Bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra almost a year ago. They gave me a clean CarFax but didn't tell me there was significant damage to the undercarriage that was not reported to CarFax. The radiator was missing a bottom bracket. The splash shield was missing. Estimated repair was $2700. The mechanic at the time (almost a year ago) must have seen the damage. Talked to the current Manager and he was not in that position when I bought the car. He offered an apology. Buyer beware and check under the car before you purchase.
They ask me to rate them and I sure will. They made this a very easy purchase and everything was just exactly like they said over the phone. Shannon was very helpful and funny so best vehicle purchase I ever made.
theives! my 18 yo daughter moved down here with her p.o.s. boyfriend who dumped her with no car, she had to buy a car and went here their con artist dealer sold her a 1996 honda odyssy with 260,000 miles for 7 grand! thats a 1000$ van people! rediculous, the rack and pinion went out a month after she bought it, i came down and tried to negotiate them to take the van back and put her payments tward another car(she had 1500 into it already) and they told us "tough, think harder, and check the cars out better next time" shes fr... read more
