Great coaching. Wonderful facility. We will definitely be back when we are on vacation next summer.
I visited this box for a couple of days. From the moment I got there I was greeted and welcomed. The environment was great and the coach was incredible. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area.
Dropped in for a WOD while vacationing. Great group of people there. Jim is an awesome coach. We plan to make this a regular thing when we visit the beach.

I got in 4 classes while we were down for softball. Very friendly, great coaches. I'm relatively new to Crossfit and was super nervous. So glad I went! So if you are on the fence...GO! Great experience!

Jim was really welcoming, had great coaches tips, and made class really fun! Loved the workout, along with the coaching! It is tough to find gyms like this these days!
