THIS IS A CASH ONLY PRACTICE !!! I have dental insurance and went for a cleaning and Xrays. They asked for my dental card and cleanings every 6 months are covered. I was shocked when I went to check out and schedule next appointment that the person at the desk said I owed $534!!! I reminded her I have a PPO dental plan. She informed me they will file insurance for me and the insurance company should send me the check but that MY CHARGES FOR TODAY WAS $534!!!!!!
