Lived here for roughly 4 years and I can't say ive seen them do anything that needs to be done, ive had a broken dishwasher since I moved in and they haven't even looked at it, now there's a hole in the roof that's been there for multiple months but hasn't been repaired yet either, but hey we all got new toilets! They do things nobody wants or needs but does nothing anyone asks for, the land ladies here are rude and dont do their job at all, everytime ive been in the office theyre goofing off on their phones, the maintenance... read more

This is raving resident, I wouldn't apply for this property. They have regulations for background checks. And the maintenance staff is not all what it seems. But we have a body to do a job.
