I love living at Gulf Mist. MS. Tabitha and Ms.Andrea are so awesome! The maintenance make sure to get all my problems fixed! I would recommend living at Gulf Mist.
I've lived here almost 3 years and I'll be honest at first there were problems because of the previous owners but since the new owners it's improving. Our managers are great they really are working hard on getting things back better,it takes a little time but they are awesome. For affordable rent and good decent neighbors.
If you like living unclean, unsanitary, breathing in black mold, roaches, flies, snakes, and gnats all over your personal property, grass that’s never cut, holes in your ceilings, leaving your three year old outside all day and night in the street, drinking, getting high, getting robbed, and rent illegally increased, embezzlement, then this is the place for you!! Great place can’t wait to live there very calm in the night time cameras that actually work and great staff
I'm grateful for having a place to live again. Was very happy when I moved in 9 months ago. But since the change in owners and management idk if it's because of the change and having to work some things out but the grass has stopped being cut it's high in places around the back porch, the exterminator hasn't been here in a year. They don't pay the bills so we go sometimes a week or so without trash pickup. They can't keep the paperwork straight they overcharge then they undercharged it's just a garbage place to live
