There's a really bad roach infestation and there's alot of domestic violence and crime I've seen 11 year olds vaping in broad daylight on this property i am currently 14 and i lived there from the ages of 12-13. Do not apply to here it is a dangerous environment. The only redeeming quality of this place is that the people are great.
These apartments are a 3/10 neighbors are always nosey , poor management, like u people give warning when there actually need be something done I don’t recommend.
I’ve never come across an apartment complex with such consistently low ratings and widespread complaints. I was considering this location for my son, but after reading about issues like mold, drug activity, roach infestations, unsupervised children, and even reports of snakes—it’s an immediate no. I love living at Gulf Mist. MS. Tabitha and Ms.Andrea are so awesome! The maintenance make sure to get all my problems fixed! I would recommend living at Gulf Mist.
