Awesome last minute choice for good drinks and good service! Food is good a little pricey but it's right on the beach so going to pay the higher prices anywhere. I would rather pay them here 😊 Anna was super sweet and very accommodating. She is the reason I give 5 stars. Request her if you go 😁.

First plate of food was cold. The vegetables were completely raw and they were supposed to be steamed, the fish, scallops and shrimp were cool and the grilled pineapple was bad! We sent those plates back and when the same food was brought back the 2nd time, the only hot thing on the plate was the microwaved rice. Don't plan on ever going again. Our waitress was very apologetic and really nice.
Good and service was excellent. First time there! Good portions, beautiful view of the Gulf, and quaint atmosphere

Waitress was great. Bon Secour platter and fried shrimp platter were very good. Coconut shrimp was way too breaded and grey inside. Shrimp scampi was greasy. Hush puppies, fries, and slaw were very good.
We arrived and was pleased not having to wait too long to be sat. The staff was very friendly . We ate mostly seafood and it was fantastic. The coconut shrimp were wonderful and had a home made dipping sauce. Everything was home made, you could tell. Delicious .
My group of family and friends ALL agree, Gulf Island Grill is the best food, coolest staff, most fun place in Gulf Shores OR orange beach. We have been here twice in 4 days. Might come back before we leave Monday too !!!!!
